4. Bookings and Payments

4.1. Booking Process

To book a tour:

Submit your tour request or complete the online booking form.

Confirm details with our team via email or call.

Complete payment through our secure online system.

4.2. Payment

Payments must be made in full prior to the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and online payment services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.3. Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from RE-SITU.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if necessary (for example, in case of unavailability or incorrect information).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time.

5.2. Cancellations by RE-SITU

In rare circumstances (e.g., guide illness, severe weather, unforeseen events), we may cancel or reschedule a tour.

You will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date information when booking or contacting us.

Respect local laws, cultural norms, and safety instructions during tours.

Follow the guide’s directions for your safety and the safety of others.

Avoid any behavior that may disrupt the experience for others.

RE-SITU reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour if a guest behaves in a disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive manner — without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, design, videos, and tour materials — is the exclusive property of RE-SITU or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
